Yoga-Nia-Meditation Experience?
Focus is on Yoga as a mind-body-spirit approach
to healing and health. Usually participants enjoy something like two yoga
classes daily, an introduction to meditation, a group session in meditation
and inward journey techniques and processes, better breathing (pranayama)
and Nia.

What is a "Traveling Spa" experience?
The approach is more of a spa-fitness experience which can be geared to
corporate groups or your center. Although we offer
yoga, meditation and Nia, we also tailor the event to the needs of the
group. It could include activities such as Back Care, Flexibility
Training, Strength Training, Street Smart Yoga, Pilates-based abdominal
strengthening, lectures on incorporating Yoga, fitness and wellness into
daily life, etc.
How many people does it take to make a trip?
A minimum of eight people can make some events
happen. We have done events for as few as eight people and as many as 250.
